Aging: 85% aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 15% in old barriques.
Tasting Notes: Red ripe fruit accompanied by pleasant herbal notes and a hint of baking spices on the nose. Fruity and velvety on the palate. Medium to full bodied, savory, deep and persistent with a well integrated tannic structure. This is a versatile Carignano which can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or with any meal.

Average age of the vines: 10-25 years. Training system: Cordon Royat / bush. Density: 4.000-6.000 plants per hectare. Yield: 6,000 Kg per hectare
