Harvest Date: Hand-harvested at the end of August
Aging: Charmat method.
Tasting Notes: The light straw color announces a fresh and soft taste. On the nose, delicate notes of green apple and wisteria. The palate is pleasant and fruity.
Production Notes: The sparkling wine base is prepared respecting the fruity-floral notes of the grapes, harvesting by hand and applying a very soft pressing. At the end of the fermentation process, the wine stays in contact with the “noble lees” until bottling.
Winemaker Notes: Thank to our great experience in the production of sparkling wine we have been able we present you a wine that maintained the varietal-aromatic notes of the glera grape with hints of wisteria and green apple.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitive with light appetizers or to pair with fish based dishes.
