Aging: Long Charmat method. Six months in stainless steel tanks and one month in bottle.
Tasting Notes: This lovely rosy pink selection has notes of strawberry, raspberry and pink pepper typical of Pinot Noir which merge perfectly with the peach and apple matrix of Prosecco. A crispy palate with a dry, lingering, dusty finish.
