Aging: Aged in steel tanks and then in the bottle; 36 months on lees. Absolutely never sees wood.
Tasting Notes: Fruit for reflection and patient experimentation. Optimum effervescence, fine and persistent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of raspberry and allows your senses to run from there.
Winemaker Notes: Pneumatic press allows the product protection from oxidation of 100% of the musts obtained. The extraction is made through a “soft pressing” at 0.2 atm, which may be compared to the pressure of fingers. Color, typicality and scent potentiality remain unchanged and fresh, pleasant and fruity white and rosé wines can be obtained. The preservation in absolutely stainless steel tanks and the aging in bottle, supported by suitable temperatures in each phase, complete the wine quality.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. We recommend accompanying an entire meal with this wine. Excellent with pasta, salads, meat, cheese and charcuterie boards. Perfect pairing with fish dishes.
