Harvest Date: Hand-harvested in September
Aging: 10 months in temperature-controlled cement tanks.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. Fruity, floral and honeyed on the nose, with very pleasant peachy, and yellow fruit aromas. Great freshness on the palate with hints of citrus, acacia, white rose and hay, all accompanied by great minerality.
Vineyard Notes: Vineyard location: on the hills in the municipality of Prepotto.
Production Notes: The grapes are cooled and softly pressed, the must decanted statically at cold temperature and fermented in cement at a controlled temperature (part of it also macerates on the skins for a few hours).
Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with fish, appetizers, soups and crustaceans.
