Aging: Stainless steel – No oak.
Tasting Notes: A sparkling rosé wine resulting from overnight maceration, intense on the nose, with aromas and flavors of red fruits, accompanied by great freshness and acidity.
Vineyard Notes: 20 years old Vineyards; 230 mt above sea level; the soil composition is mostly clay and calcareous. Training system: a mix of guyot and Casarsa (which slows down the maturation process of the grape).
Food Pairing: Recommended with more lean cured meats, fried vegetables, mushrooms, delicate pasta and spring risottos. Also great with white meats and fish.
