Tasting Notes: This lively Malvasia – with its typical straw color and golden reflections – is characterized by a pleasant honey aftertaste, with floral and musky nuances. It is slightly effervescent which adds freshness and acidity to the wine.
Vineyard Notes: 20 years old Vineyards; 230 mt above sea level; the soil composition is mostly clay and calcareous.
Food Pairing: Perfect with delicate fish and seafood dishes. Also a great pairing for asian and spicy food.
