Aging: Stainless steel – no oak.
Tasting Notes: The nose is typical of Riesling, vertical and clean, intense but clear with fruity scents, such as lychee and grapefruit, and mineral notes. On the palate, the great acidity of this wine is fully combined with its structure, making it a wine intended for long aging in the bottle.
Vineyard Notes: South exposure; 250 mt above see level; the soil is rocky, with low percentage of clay, mostly calcareous.
Winemaker Notes: The definition for wines of this caliber is: “perspective wines”. Born from a Rhenish Riesling vineyard, it enjoys the uniqueness of this grape, which, combined with the very stony composition of the soil, gives minerality and longevity to our wine. It is excellent right away but its real potential will be discovered over time, with the patience with which the great ones expect results.
Food Pairing: Perfect with raw, cured and smoked fish, creamy sauces, pork and white meats in general.
Other Notes: This wine comes from their coolest vineyard, with south exposure… a perfect math for Riesling.
