Aging: Aged for 24 months in French barriques.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, the wine is fresh and pleasantly fruity, with delicate spicy notes and a light scent of violet. It is intense, round and enveloping in the mouth with delicate and smooth tannins.
Vineyard Notes: Vineyard location: Valgella – Valtellina.
Production Notes: Aged in French barriques for a period of 24 months.
Winemaker Notes: The Dos Bel vineyard was the first owned. As the name tells us, beautiful both for the favorable exposure to the sun and for the moderate ventilation typical of the breva: a periodic thermal wind characteristic of Lake Como. These thermal changes in temperature give life to the ideal microclimate for grape ripening.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with pasta course and red meat dishes. Also great with aged cheeses.
