Production Notes: Aged in big casks of 16hl for 24 months followed by one year in barrique.
Winemaker Notes: L’ENRICO is a Valtellina Superiore that comes from vineyards located in strategic areas for the quality of the grapes, from a meticulous manual selection of the Nebbiolo bunches.
Food Pairing: This is meant to be a wine that you can drink with a large amount of dishes. Also perfect as an aperitif! Enjoy it throughout the meal!
Other Note: This wine, my first, bears the name of my grandfather: Enrico. Nonno Enrico was a mid-twentieth century winemaker who unfortunately I never had the good fortune to meet. It is said he was a tough guy, one with a strong, straightforward and genuine character.
